The Eminence successfully captured a segment of the market severely under-catered for in existing and pipeline Brisbane Fringe office buildings. Completed March 2020, the distinctive building was purpose-designed for companies with smaller footprints requiring anywhere from 200 sqm to 4,000 sqm of A-grade, environmentally sustainable office space with major presence.
