Tourism and/or Leisure developments or refurbishments may include and are not limited to venues, sites, precincts, community areas, amusement and/or recreation parks that include a major component of food and beverages or entertainment.
Eligible entrants are Tourism and/or Leisure developments or refurbishments that have been completed in the previous five years, have been operating for at least one year as at 31 December 2022 and have not previously won the award.Â
The award is open to members of the Property Council of Australia only. Innovation in your responses should be clearly expressed.
