With nearly 25 years of experience, Arabella has held a number of roles across the built environment sector including a wide range of geographies, asset classes, industry sectors including commercial, education, health, residential and infrastructure.

With a diverse background including, sustainability, town planning and construction, Arabella has experience with the full life cycle of projects, from feasibility and planning to delivery and operation. Through her focus on strategic and project execution and a strong emphasis on driving innovation, Arabella has gained extensive experience with complex projects that have strong stakeholder and customer focus and achieve commercial, sustainability and community outcomes.

She is a vocal and active advocate for the property sector.
